Alex has self-published two collections of poetry, A First (2017) and Bloom, Now (2020) in hand-bound books.
One day, they’ll gather the snippets, sift through the years of early parenthood in this time, on this earth, and publish another. Two shows Alex co-produced, Howl (2018) and Light in our Hands (2022) won the Darwin Fringe Festival Award for Spoken Word & Ideas.
In 2024, Alex was a finalist in the national Australian Poetry Slam competition.
