Joni Boyd is a Boorloo based poet, radio host, and events organiser. She’s performed her queer punk poetry for gigs, festivals, house shows, theatre, bands and classrooms since 2012. On RTRFM 92.1, Joni shares local punk and experimental music and hosts the grassroots news program Indymedia; speaking to activists about rallies and actions. She hosts the monthly Perth Slam and a range music and poetry events.
